We're working with a long-established and well-respected building services contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. As their project workload continues to grow, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across Suffolk

Role Overview:

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple mechanical fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
• Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive progress in line with programme and financial targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support project delivery through planning, coordination, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role.
• Background delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills.
• Must be able to commute to projects across London and North East Kent.
