Senior Engineer

We are currently recruiting an Experienced Senior Engineer to work on RC Frame & Groundwork project in Manchester.

This is a freelance position and 40weeks programme.

As the Senior Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Management of work to high standards of performance in line with project procedures and applicable standards, through the leadership with safety and quality focus.
• Managing site engineers and ensure they are using correct AFC drawing.
• Ensure site has appropriate drawing.
• Knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
• Assist Project Manager with technical information and materials orders.
• Maintain site diary.
• Review drawing and raise RFI/TQ as required.
• Carrying out of quality assurance inspections.
• Ensuring a safe working practice
• Support project manager and contract manager on day today activities.
• Preferred to have SMSTS/SSSTS Qualification but not essential.

Skills:

• Previously worked as a site engineer/ Senior Engineer on Civil/ RC Frame or refurbishment project.
• Hold a valid CSCS card SMSTS (having First Aid will be advantages)
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferable.
• Ideal candidate must have rights to live and work in UK

• Twin Wall System to Cores
• BAMTEC reinforcement to slabs
• Sub-structure and drainage package
