Project Manager / Senior Site Manager

My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the final stages of a major commercial new build project in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a high-profile scheme approaching completion, with remaining works including internal fit-out, cladding, and landscaping.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate a team of Construction Managers, Design Managers, and Commercial Managers
• Maintain overall control and visibility across the construction programme
• Act as the main liaison with the client and key project stakeholders
• Ensure smooth delivery of final phase works to time, cost, and quality targets

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading commercial construction projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
• Background in delivering fit-out and external works packages preferred

This role suits someone confident managing complexity and guiding teams through the final stages of delivery. Day rate is negotiable between 400- 450 per day.
