About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a landmark high-rise development in the heart of Bristol. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

• Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement and valuations

• Help monitor project costs and assist with monthly reporting and cash flow forecasts

• Attend site meetings and liaise with the project team to ensure commercial objectives are met

• Learn and apply industry best practices and company procedures

• Assist in preparing final accounts and variations

What We re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and good communication abilities

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Basic knowledge of construction processes and commercial principles (desired)

• Eligibility to work in the UK
