We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering a critical passive fire protection package on a major import facility at Heathrow Airport. This is a high-profile, safety-driven project requiring a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead delivery from start to finish.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the passive fire protection works, ensuring compliance with strict safety standards, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for a Project Manager

• Lead the delivery of passive fire protection systems on site
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and specifications
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and Heathrow stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements for a Project Manager

• Proven experience managing construction projects involving passive fire protection
• Experience working within Airports
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and installation methods
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on airport or high-security sites is highly desirable
