The Role As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of residential schemes, ensuring financial control from procurement through to final account. You'll be working on multiple sites across Leicestershire and the East Midlands, supporting the team with: Cost planning and budget management Subcontractor procurement and management Valuations, variations, and final accounts Reporting to senior commercial leads Liaising with site teams and housing association clients This is a hybrid role, with a mix of site visits, office-based work, and remote flexibility.
