The Role You ll be responsible for the upkeep of all external areas across the marina estate, including: Daily litter picking across pathways, car parks, and communal areas Sweeping and blowing of hard surfaces to remove debris and leaves Bin management emptying, cleaning, and ensuring tidy surrounding areas Graffiti removal to maintain site standards Pressure washing surfaces to keep areas clean and presentable Cleaning and maintaining site signage Weekly Yacht Club cleaning (2 hours), including: Hoovering hallways, stairways, and lifts Cleaning mirrors, lighting, banisters, ceilings, and skirting Mopping floors and polishing surfaces You ll work closely with on-site staff to ensure the site remains aligned with operational standards. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8 hours per day Every other Saturday: 4 hours (rota-based) Includes 2 hours per week dedicated to Yacht Club cleaning Total: 40 hours per week What We re Looking For Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or facilities/site work (preferred) Someone reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Team player with a positive attitude What s On Offer £14 per hour (PAYE) - monthly or weekly pay Stable, long-term role (paid via Red Chilli Recruitment) Structured working hours with variety in the day-to-day tasks Opportunity to work in a well-maintained marina environment If you re someone who enjoys practical work, being outdoors, and keeping environments looking their best this could be a great fit.
