Key Responsibilities: Support in preparing cost estimates for the projects Help develop budgets for construction phases (labour, materials, subcontractors) Assist in preparing bills of quantities from drawings/ specifications Perform quantity take- offs from architectural and engineering drawings. Assist in preparing detailed measurements for tendering and procurement Help with obtaining quotes and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers Support the preparation and issuing of tender documents Maintain procurement schedules under supervision.
