As our Senior QS you will liaise with client representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments. On a day to day basis, your duties will include: Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level. Acting as Commercial lead on Bids and Tenders Completion of commercial pricing/build ups for client RFQs/Tenders Ensuring accurate project cash flow forecasting and subsequent reporting takes place. To be considered for interview your experience and application should demonstrate: Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying or min 5 years experience in the field of Quantity Surveying.
