Typical projects may include new build data centres, industrial sheds, distribution centres, manufacturing centres, hotels and leisure, automotive showrooms etc. You will be one of the leading tradespeople present on site where you will coordinate the activities of the personnel within your team. It will be your esponsibility to ensure that all mechanical services installation work is delivered safely on site and with flawless quality, therefore we seek someone who is at the top of their game. Reporting to Site Managers and Project Managers, It is your job to make sure that the people under your control are kept busy and all productivity targets are met. Your focus and priority will always be, Safety, Quality, Productivity and Scheduling. Whilst you champion safety within your crew and ensure a safe working environment, you will check equipment planned for use is safe and fit for purpose, safety records are in date for each member of the crew and any required training is complete or planned before starting on site. Regular responsibilities will include weekly toolbox talks with the support of the safety advisor, ordering day to day materials and managing plant and equipment Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background with direct working experience as a Mechanical Foreman / Mechanical Supervisor in the delivery of mechanical installations and mechanical services. Our internal team play an integral role ensuring each project is carried out safely, within programme, is aligned to budget and completed to the highest standard.
