About the Role:
• Lead the estimation process for a diverse range of commercial construction projects
• Prepare accurate cost plans and competitive tenders from concept through to submission and handover
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure robust and innovative solutions
• Drive ECI processes, value engineering, and risk analysis
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the commercial construction sector
• Strong knowledge of Design Build, ECI and competitive tendering methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software (eg. CostX, Buildsoft etc)
