Londinium Recruitment
Project Manager - High End Joinery Contractor
Londinium Recruitment
Project Manager - High End Joinery Contractor £65k-£75k plus package Head Office (Kent) with Site Visits The Company Some joinery companies manufacture. Others deliver. This business does both and that's where the difference is. Working on high-end residential projects, they produce bespoke joinery that ends up in some of the country's finest homes. Every project demands precision, planning and attention to detail, from the first client meeting through to final handover. They're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple live projects, working closely with clients, designers and the production team to ensure every detail is delivered exactly as promised. The Role You'll be responsible for managing bespoke high-end residential joinery projects from pre-construction through to completion. Based primarily from the head office in Kent, you'll regularly visit sites, attend client and design meetings, carry out surveys and oversee installations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the exceptional standard expected. Working alongside the Operations Director and internal design team, you'll coordinate programmes, manage project risks, oversee quality throughout production, control project costs and variations, prepare payment applications, monitor cashflow and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved from start to finish not simply managing programmes but genuinely driving projects forward. Benefits You'll manage projects where craftsmanship genuinely matters. Every job is bespoke, every detail counts, and your decisions directly influence the finished product. Which means you'll build expertise that few construction Project Managers ever get exposure to. You'll work closely with experienced designers, production teams and specialist installers rather than juggling endless subcontractors. Which means projects run collaboratively, problems get solved quickly and quality always comes first. The role offers the variety of regular site visits while remaining predominantly head office based. Which means you'll stay connected to your projects without spending every day travelling between sites. Location This is a head office-based position in Kent with regular site visits across London and the South East as projects require. Requirements Minimum five years' experience delivering high-end residential joinery projects. Strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing, fabrication and finishing processes. Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets, variations and cashflow. Confident leading projects and coordinating clients, architects, designers and internal teams. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills, including digital project management software. Get in touch Ring Sam Taylor on (phone number removed) or apply directly.
