Straight-Line is currently hiring a Working Foreman for an Interior fit-out company in Bristol. We're seeking a Working Foreman with strong carpentry experience to lead fitout projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who knows the tools but also thrives in managing teams and delivering high-quality interior fitouts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside trades to complete interior fitouts to a high standard Read and interpret plans, ensuring accurate execution on-site Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and manage deliveries Maintain a safe and compliant worksite (OH&S) Report progress and liaise with the project manager to meet deadlines Person Specification: Proven background in fitouts CSCS Managers card, First aid at work Experience managing teams Willing to be hands on Salary - 45,000 - 50,000 + overtime, company vehicle, pension, fuel allowance If this sounds of interest, please apply now! A Construction (build) Foreman / Assistant Site Manager position is available on a long-term contract, based in the Scarborough area. The role will be to provide key day to day support with regard to operational delivery, where you will be required to work closely with the sub-contractors covering all areas of quality, health & safety and performance with regard to the programme. Your main focus will generally be the management of the internals packages of a new build project; however you may be required to provide some cover for the senior management team through the holiday period as required. Therefore, to be considered for this post you should fit the following spec; * Have a proven track record operating within either a Foreman or Assistant Site Manager role across commercial type building environments. * Be comfortable deputising for the Site Manager during short periods of absence. * Have a strong aptitude in the management of the internal fitout of buildings, whilst having a good understanding of other building elements. * Hold valid Site Management certification including SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid. * Ideally be within a sensible commute of Scarborough as no lodge is provide for this position. * Available for a quick start.
