Your Role: Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you ll take ownership of the commercial function across key projects. Your responsibilities will include: Producing accurate monthly CVR reports and forecasting final positions. Managing subcontractor accounts payments, contract administration, claims, variations, and final accounts. Supporting project teams with quantity surveying tasks and commercial administration. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of expenditure and cash flow. About You You will need to be a self-motivated person, with demonstrable experience of commercial management of residential construction projects. An understanding and insight into multi-occupancy residential buildings is desirable and it s essential that you can manage your time effectively to balance competing priorities and be able to communicate effectively in person, in writing and via remote / digital means such as telephone and online meetings.
