We're working alongside a facilities management company to help them find a Construction Manager for their 12 million project in the Bristol area. You would be overseeing all building works and heavy structural steel integration as well as direct specialist sub-contract packages while leading technical coordinaton with MEP designers and Civil & Structural Engineers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the 12M construction project, ensuring all building works are completed safely, to specification, and within the agreed budget and timeline. Oversee critical structural elements, with a heavy emphasis on the successful fabrication and erection of structural mezzanine floor steelworks. Continuously monitor project progress against the construction programme, identifying potential delays early and implementing mitigating actions.
