Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from site start to handover. Oversee all onsite activities, including sprinklers, electrics, fire stopping, and building works. Capture, cost, and communicate variations to the Quantity Surveyor. Ensure health & safety compliance, welfare standards, and quality inspections are carried out.
