Excellent numerical skills and a good commercial understanding. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to multiple deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. A positive and collaborative approach to working within a small team. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with estimating/take-off packages such as Bluebeam and Conquest would be advantageous.
