About You Previous experience in a Senior Estimator, Estimator or Assistant Estimator role within the construction industry. Experience pricing building projects, ideally across new-build and refurbishment works. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, subcontract packages and procurement. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills. Commercially aware, with an eye for detail and the ability to identify pricing risks. Confident communicating with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
