Job Title: Workplace Experience Reception Supervisor Based at 61 Southwark Street, London, the Workplace Experience Reception Supervisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience whilst overseeing reception operations, workplace services and team performance. Experience Required: Degree or further education qualification preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management or Customer Service environments. Experience within facilities management and/or dealing with suppliers and contractors would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, interpret and present information effectively. Ability to respond professionally to client, employee and stakeholder enquiries and complaints. Good knowledge of financial terms and principles. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex situations. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote and Visio.
