The Role As Showroom Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through to completed sale. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of a busy bathroom showroom. Deliver consultative sales to both retail and trade customers, understanding their individual needs and providing tailored solutions. Design inspirational bathroom solutions using your product knowledge and eye for design. Build lasting relationships with homeowners, plumbers, installers, developers, contractors and local trade professionals. Produce quotations, manage projects and follow enquiries through to a successful sale. Maximise sales through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities. Develop the showroom's reputation within the local trade community while delivering outstanding service to retail customers. Ensure the showroom is welcoming, inspirational and professionally presented. Drive local marketing initiatives to increase showroom footfall. Consistently achieve and exceed sales, margin and profitability targets. About You You'll be passionate about customer service, sales and design, with the ability to build credibility with both trade customers and retail consumers.
