Ensure compliance with NEC3/NEC4, JCT contracts, and industry standards. Key Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the highways or civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, JCT contracts, and construction law. Proficiency in cost management software such as CostX or similar. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
