I am looking for a Finishing Foreman to carry out snagging work on New Build properties in the Nottingham area. You will be covering all aspects of maintenance / finishing works and the customers first point of contact.
As the Finishing Foreman you will be responsible for:
·Carrying out - Joinery, Siliconing, Painting, Decorating, Patch Plastering, General Multi Trade work
·Representing the company whilst working within private properties
In order to be eligible for the Finishing Foreman role you must:
·Be able to travel to site
·Have a valid CSCS Card
The successful Finishing Foreman will receive in Return:
·An uplifted rate of pay
·A dedicated consultant to represent you
Additional Information:
·Working hours from 8:00 - 4:30 Mon - Friday on site time
