I'm working with a boutique project management consultancy based in Leicester Square, who are looking for a competent and driven Senior Project Manager to join their close-knit team and support the delivery of schemes in the Retail sector. The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join: The Senior Project Manager will be joining a socially conscious consultancy, that have built a reputation of delivering high quality schemes in the Retail sector. The Senior Project Manager will be working closely alongside a team of 15 individuals including Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Cost Consultants. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be joining an employee first firm who reward their staff with an annual company holiday to Portugal. The Senior Project Manager role: The Senior Project Manager will be experienced in delivering the full lifecycle of schemes within the Retail sector, which will be a mixture of roll out programmes, CAT A/B Fit Outs and New Builds with contract values ranging from 50k- 300k. The Projects will be located in London, South and Home Counties. The Senior Project Manager will build a strong relationship with internal members such as Cost Consultants and Building Surveyors to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors Provide support/mentorship to junior Project Managers Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors during all phases of project lifecycles Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Attending weekly site visits Arranging and attending client meetings Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards Senior Project Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a consultancy Retail experience would be ideal Experienced delivering schemes including New Builds, CAT A/B Fit Outs and Refurbishments MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred BSc/MSc Construction Project Management Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously Driving Licence and access to a car Previous experience leading a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills What would be offered: 65,000- 75,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave + bank holiday Hybrid available Work Laptop / Phone Competitive bonus up to 15% Strong pension contribution Positive work environment Annual company holiday to Portugal RICS Fee paid for Quarterly company events If you are a Senior Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within an up-and-coming construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
