The project workload is focused on residential and commercial projects, ranging from new builds through to refurbishments and extensions. The role will provide the successful individual with the opportunity to take control of all aspects of projects, from initial scheme design right through to the completion of construction on site. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience as a Structural Technician and be looking to continue their career as a Structural Technician working on residential and commercial projects. The position will involve regular travel as required on an ad hoc basis in line with the projects you are working on and responsible for, and candidates must be prepared to do so where required.
