About the job As the Behavioural Advisor for this Civil Engineering contractor, you will be supporting the Behavioural Change Manager with the delivery of the organisation s safety programme. The programme was designed and launched for the organisation to not only improve their employee s health and safety, but also to care for employee s mental health, and become more environmentally aware and improve quality on site. This role is covering the Southern region, visiting various sites with London, Kent, Surrey, East & West Sussex and Hampshire. About You As an experienced Safety / Behavioural professional within the Rail Sector, you will hold National General Certificate and / or NEBOSH Construction Certificate, with the drive to push your career forward. Hold a valid CSCS and it is desired you hold a PTS Salary Basic of up to £55,000 plus company car or car allowance of £6,000. Hours of work are 45 per week Monday to Friday, 25 days holiday plus bank/public holidays, Company Pension scheme, Private medical care If you are passionate about providing H&S and Behaviour guidance and can offer the knowledge and flexibility the role requires, get in touch for immediate interview!
