As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be a 360 billing expert, responsible for developing new business, winning exclusive contracts, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your own dedicated portfolio of clients. 2. As a Billing Manager, you will take on a team leadership element, mentoring junior consultants while maintaining your own personal billings, effectively building a mini-business within the wider brand.
