They ve asked us to source a Freelance QS to work out of their offices in Greater Manchester. Quantity Surveyor Requirements/Reasons to apply: We are looking for an experienced QS who ideally has worked in the fit-out market covering JCT and D&B schemes. You ll be joining one of the regions leading contractors who have built a solid reputation in their marketplace You ll be expected to work a minimum of 3 days a week in their offices, but hybrid options are available. This will be an on-going freelance requirement and could lead to long-term works. Rates wise, we will be looking between £300.00 - £350.00 a day for the right person. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years' experience to take a leading commercial role across multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, professional team delivering luxury residential schemes with high levels of design and specification.
