Qualifications Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in construction management Previous experience airside or major infrastructure projects Strong understanding of airside operations, airport regulations, and construction site safety Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in site reporting, programme management, and HSEQ compliance Experience managing subcontractors and large site teams in high-security environments Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline First Aid, Manual Handling, and Fire Warden certifications. Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Asta, Primavera, Procore). This is a full time, Permanent position and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the growing team, delivering sustained excellence and innovation across construction and capital programmes to benefit our citizens, businesses and staff. The successful candidate must have extensive experience with Construction project management, capital programmes and procurement. This is a key role that works closely with senior managers and suppliers to lead, develop, deliver and manage the supply chain that supports construction. The scope of the role includes but is not limited to; Lead construction procurements including competitive dialogues, management and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance to ensure value and quality of delivery. Provide innovative procurement solutions to deliver high profile projects on time and on budget as a key member of multiple project delivery teams.
