Labourers Required

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join out site Bicester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks around the site as required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
