The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all activities on site are conducted efficiently and safely, while managing a team of staff to achieve operational goals. Qualifications Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards. Any fire sprinkler associated work experience would be beneficial. Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, manage resources, and make decisions. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and staff Bovendien. Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise on site. Organisational Skills:Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
