You may be MRICS qualified although this is not essential. You will have in excess of 6 years quantity surveying experience. You must have good knowledge in the use of NEC contracts. You will have good all round Quantity Surveying experience to include dealing with project costs, budget management, forecasting, contract administration, managing risks, performance reviews, final accounts etc. They are also interested in people who have Cost Variation Assessment and Commercial Audit experience. This role can be on a contract or permanent basis. The contract roles will be inside IR35 and rates will depend on your level of experience but likely to be from 400 to 500 per day with the higher rate needing some team management experience.
