The BIM ProjectWise Manager plays a key role on a large-scale infrastructure project. This position oversees the graphical CDE ProjectWise and works closely with BIM Engineers to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in producing digital deliverables throughout the project s lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Bentley Systems software suite, including using ProjectWise as a Common Data Environment (CDE) and Bentley modeling tools. Lead the HS2 Corporate Compliance team Liaise with and monitor the work of external audit and assurance teams to ensure HS2 receives value for money and agreed processes and procedures are adhered to. Support the Head of Programme and Corporate Assurance in developing the audit programme for the corporate control environment within the integrated assurance and approvals plan (IAAP). Work with the Head of IMS to assure all elements of the management system are subject to the necessary assurance to support the maintenance of our ISO certifications. Development of individual audit scope through communication with audit stakeholders, such as Environment, Technical and Health and Safety teams Review audit findings reports, escalate major issues or inadequate responses to the Head of Programme and Corporate Assurance and monitor the close out of audit findings to ensure that the improvements identified are implemented and that risks are managed effectively. Lead HS2 Corporate Assurance team, setting objectives, reviewing performance and ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and understanding to deliver the team's objectives. Identify, procure and monitor the work of externally sourced assurance resources, brought in to supplement the corporate assurance team, assuring value for money and agreed processes and procedures are adhered to. Lead the development of a robust, auditable and transparent assurance model which ensures that policies, processes and work instructions are developed to support the need to source, select, manage and deliver the diverse range of works, goods and services required by HS2 Monitor UK Government initiatives and policies and EU Public Sector Procurement regulations to ensure HS2 is current and compliant in all HS2 related activity. External Interface Manager Location - Milton Keynes (Some initial travel to Birmingham) Eiffage Kier is a Joint Venture between the two major civil engineering and construction companies, Eiffage and Kier. This role sits within the Eiffage Kier Interface & Stakeholder Management Team reporting to the Head of Interfaces. The role will assist in maintaining the Interface Control Document as part of the interface and stakeholder management strategy by supporting the Head of Interfaces who has direct accountability for managing key stakeholders and delivering assurance of Undertakings and Assurances, and will be the main point of contact for local and strategic highway authorities on behalf of the Integrated Project Team. The role will involve coordination with other project contractors (e.g. Enabling Works, utilities contractors) to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach is taken to deliver the project external stakeholders' needs. The role will be initially based in Birmingham then Milton Keynes, and will require travel across the route from Buckinghamshire to Warwickshire. There will be frequent travel to attend meetings with Local / Highway Authorities, and in some circumstances with the Design Joint Venture offices in Birmingham.
