Serve as a Retrofit Coordinator, following PAS2035 from inception to evaluation. Demonstrate expertise in building services, particularly heating and ventilation systems. Exhibit strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Work independently while knowing when to seek guidance. Travel regularly to client homes across the UK. Construction management or M&E management experience. Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word & Microsoft 365.
