The Role; Within this role,you will work along side a commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting. Your direct team will include contract managers, supervisors & office staff. You will report directly in to the divisional director who will support you in making the contracts are a success. The Candidate; The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire safety works (fire door insallation & fire stopping works) and construction projects .
