We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clerk of Works based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires travel across the local area and therefore, a full clean driving licence is essential. Responsibilities of the Clerk of Works Undertake property inspections including snagging inspections. Respond to reactive repairs. Liaise and work with the Head of Buildings.
