This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Estimator with experience in construction, internal trades, building services or specialist subcontracting. Major Works Project Manager - Canary Wharf Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday Work from home: Once per week (Friday) Duties & Responsibilities Lead on all stages of project delivery from feasibility, concept and design and manage through to completion and sign-off. The range of projects include internal/external refurbishments, dilapidation and improvement works, M&E systems, insurance works and ad-hoc surveying activities. The range of projects will vary between self-delivery and appointment of an independent/specialist services.
