Supporting public sector frameworks and tender submissions . Working closely with Bid, Sales, Design and Project Delivery teams. Identifying value engineering opportunities and ensuring competitive pricing. The Person Experience as a QS, Estimator, Senior Estimator or similar . Background in construction, M&E, electrical engineering or renewables . Strong experience pricing commercial projects. Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts . Public sector/framework experience advantageous. Solar PV, EV or renewable energy experience desirable. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Full UK Driving Licence. This is an exellent opportunities to work on a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. The successful Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, producing accurate and commercially competitive estimates for mechanical building-services packages. The role will cover projects including high-quality office fit-outs, retail and commercial refurbishments. Mechanical packages will typically include HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, pipe work and plumbing.
