Typical responsibilities include: Managing and delivering a broad range of building surveying services, including condition surveys, defect analysis, feasibility studies and technical due diligence Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Acting as a key client interface, building and maintaining strong working relationships Overseeing contract administration, including monitoring works on site and managing contractor performance Providing professional advice across education, commercial, healthcare and other sectors Supporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the wider consultancy Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practice Requirements: This company is looking for a motivated and technically strong Senior Building Surveyor who can thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
