Key responsibilities - Assist with and conduct detailed building surveys and inspections of commercial and residential properties. Prepare comprehensive reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and schedules of condition. Advise clients on building defects, maintenance, and repairs. Assist with managing and overseeing refurbishment and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
