You will assist in producing cost plans and cash flows, as well as preparing tenders and pricing documents. You will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor throughout the tender process, evaluations, and contract negotiations. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will attend site and client meetings to help ensure projects run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual looking to take their next step into a commercial role, who already has the grasp of what it is to be a Quantity Surveyor.
