Senior Quantity Surveyor – Factory Build – Manchester – Freelance – 1 Years
This position will be working for a global world-leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction outfit who specialise in the design, build, and development of Food, FMCG and Pharmaceutical factories.
The Senior QS will:
To deliver a £45m JCT project in Greater Manchester – which involves construction and fitout of a major food factory.
Aid in a portfolio of other smaller projects worth £8m-£10m
Manage a team of 3 Quantity Surveyors and provide training and development to the rapidly expanding QS function.
The successful candidate will be :
An experienced QS, with experience gained in industrial and or commercial fit outs.
Have exposure of large projects worth over £10m.
Be degree qualified in quantity surveying or relevant qualification
Ideally experienced in industrial builds and in a hygienic manufacturing setting (food, FMCG, Pharma, Med Device) although not essential.
This project and role is offered on a 1 year basis and will cover all expenses.
