We have been asked by a leading construction company to find a Senior Estimator to add immediate support to their Estimating team on a freelance basis for a minimum period of 3 months, but it is expected to be an ongoing contract.
You will work in their office in the City of London near to Liverpool Street station and will tender for projects in a variety of sectors as commercial fitout for both CAT A and CAT B projects, healthcare and cutting edge science facilities. Their project values range from £2m-£30m and consist of negotiated, single stage and two-stage tendering.
A solid main contracting and specifically fitout background working on similar projects for a recognised company is expected for this Senior Estimator role.
