Due to recent expansion my client is seeking a talented Graduate Planner to join their multi-disciplinary team of Chartered Town Planning Consultants in Essex. You will be working on some exciting projects from the outset including a range of residential, commercial, Leisure/tourism and environmental schemes.
As part of this Dynamic team, the Graduate Planner will be responsible for managing your own planning appeals and caseloads whilst also being able to undertake site visits and site appraisals. You will be heavily involved in preparing, submitting and monitoring complex planning applications and have the ability to work to project deadlines.
To apply the successful Graduate Town Planner will hold a degree and/or masters in Town Planning or a similar field that is RTPI accredited and ideally have some experience in the planning industry, whether from a placement year, a gap or summer post or even 6-12 months experience after graduation.
