Experience of undertaking complex defect diagnosis across building types (including modern methods of construction), building technologies and building services. Experience of implementing quality systems. Experience of managing and administrating large and complex contracts delivering high volumes of multidisciplinary repairs to housing, offices and other building types. Experience of managing planned maintenance and/or major repairs especially in respect of void works, elemental replacements, etc. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
