Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee two concurrent projects in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial office fit out ranging from 1-10m, with smaller projects they would oversee multiple concurrently. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of fit out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and regularly report on project progress to senior management and clients. - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project outcomes. - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager within the D&B fit out sector, with a strong track record of successfully delivering similar commercial office fit out projects in Central London. - Excellent understanding of construction project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of relevant building regulations and industry standards. - Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field would be advantageous.
