Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed via the Chiltern Concerto system Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow clearance, gutter and ground drainage cleaning, leaf removal, and general grounds upkeep including vegetation removal Personal Specification: Previous experience as a handyman or maintenance operative, preferably in a public or transport environment Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical repairs Good understanding of health & safety regulations related to railway environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Full UK driving licence is essential Desirable Experience: Experience working within railway or transport infrastructure.
