We are now recruiting the following operatives: 3 x Semi-Skilled Labourers 2 x Bricklayers 2 x Joiners Scope of Works (Overview) Refurbishment and fire compliance upgrade works within communal areas, including: Firestopping Riser wall reconstruction Making good and associated building works General labouring and trade support/Refurbishment Working Pattern & Pay 830am - 430pm Monday - Frida y Daily rates per trade to be discussed on application This is a long-term project (12 months) with programmed works throughout. Local applicants only, no travel and lodge provided. All applicants must be experienced, reliable, and available from WC 16th March 2026 .
