A partner owned building surveying consultancy based close to London Blackfriars are currently looking for a determined assistant building surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team.
As the successful assistant building surveyor you will join a practice that covers all aspects of building surveying, over the past five years they have successfully;
* Over 300 dilapidation claims, with a value of up to £3million
* Project monitored numerous construction projects with values of up to £100million
* Project managed projects in the office and retail sectors with values of up to £20million
You will have a range of day to day duties, which will include dilapidation, project management, contract admin, project monitoring, surveys, and other professional services. All support and training can be provided, but ideally you will have experience in some of these areas.
With a number of FRICS building surveyors, and APC accessors internally they are well set up to ensure you pass your APC first time, with 100% pass rate over the past few years.
