Our client a business with over £200m of prime residential developments currently under construction, seek an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a 30 Unit scheme based in North London/Hertfordshire border. The project will contain around 20-30 units within a small 'village' being built. Properties within the development will start at values of around 800k and go up to 4m for the highest spec. They also include some very high spec penthouses. This will contain a small RC Frame block and traditional build aspects. The lead surveyor will report directly into the commercial director within the business and be based on the project. Therefore the ideal candidate will need to be commutable to this area. There are no train stations within 15 minute walk therefore having a vehicle is essential. This is a beautiful looking scheme and will a great opportunity to show your talent and previous experience within the prime resi market. Previous experience with High End Developers/projects is essential and you must be able to display previous works.
