The project will contain around 20-30 units within a small 'village' being built. Properties within the development will start at values of around 800k and go up to 4m for the highest spec. They also include some very high spec penthouses. This will contain a small RC Frame block and traditional build aspects. The lead surveyor will report directly into the commercial director within the business and be based on the project. Therefore the ideal candidate will need to be commutable to this area. There are no train stations within 15 minute walk therefore having a vehicle is essential. They also have strong expertise in integrating old and new, by harmonising complex M&E and audio visual service installations sympathetically within the fine finishes of prestige properties. Project values range from £5 - £50 million.
