* They provide a full range of property maintenance services, including disabled adaptations, planned refurbishment, repairs, voids and structural works

* As a social housing refurbishment contract you will be looking to pursue a career within this sector
* In addition, you will be looking to a commit to a permanent contract as Site Manager with the view to start with a new contractor as soon as possible
The Role
* Maintaining & ensuring H&S site safety policy is adhered to always
* Liaising and coordinating with the client
* Managing operatives and subcontractors and ensure fluent work between trades
* Setting up site and being able to read and understand drawings
* Ordering of materials ensuring correct lead-in times are kept
* Ensuring high levels of customer care always
Qualifications and relevant experience
* Experience working within Social Housing on planned maintenance schemes is essential as you will be required to understand and run the programme
* You will be local to the Manchester/Bolton areas and seeking a permanent opportunity with a company that can offer progression
* You will have a trade background and experience working at Site Manager level
* SMSTS/ SSSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Asbestos Awareness

By building new properties, taking over ownership of empty properties and working in partnership with other housing providers in the public and private sectors, they aim to make a positive impact to increase the supply of homes across their area of operation. This includes a commitment to build 1,000 new homes in the coming years.
The role will include:
Ensuring developments are in line with agreed time, cost and quality.
Assisting with development strategy, identifying new development opportunities
Working with marketing teams
Admin and management of development schemes
Maintaining records in line with development manual
Co-ordinating consultant and contractor teams
Monitor KPI'sA full job specification is available upon request.

The salary will be around between £35,000 - £44,000 depending on experience.
